What a busy term we have had! We have been learning about life under the waves. We went on an incredible excursion to the Melbourne Aquarium and have been reading about and learning lots of facts about sea creatures. Our room is beginning to look like an underwater coral reef with all our sea turtles, seahorses, crabs, sea jellies and fish.
We loved making our diaramas to show an underwater scene. We know that the ocean is home to many special species of creatures and we are doing our best to make sure that we pick up any litter we see. We have learnt through watching “Finding Nemo” that “all drains lead to the ocean” and we don’t want our underwater friends to be harmed by our carelessness.
